i offer 1:1 sessions online and in-person in my healing space in the minneapolis area.

centering energetics, somatic practices, and nervous system technologies, we will create a transformative container to support a deepened embodiment of your pleasure, power, purpose. we will play with the four pillars of transformation (breath, sound, movement, and touch) to create coherence within the body-mind and energetic system. hands-on bodywork and craniosacral therapy available as part of in-person sessions.

all sessions are designed to support you in activating your creative energy and spiritual gifts, while embracing the totality of your humanity.

to help you integrate and transform limiting stories and support you to anchor into your authentic expression and divine desires.

each session is unique to you and your journey.

sessions are ~90 minutes in length, $150-$250 sliding scale

mentorship

i offer mentorship in 3 or 6 month containers

for the duration of our mentorship, we will do LIFE together! we will work deeply with the nervous system and energetic blueprint, supporting a foundational re-creation of your relationship to your body, and your Destiny. we will play in the world of desire, quantum creation, sensuality, and the Art of Liberation. the ultimate initiation toward reclaiming your life as your own.
